Shipping within Australia
For all orders within Australia we send our parcels with Australia Post Express post satchels, which includes tracking for $11AUD. For an additional charge you can request signature on delivery for $16AUD which ensures your parcel will not be left at the delivery address without being signed for. Parcel delivery times range from 1-3 days depending on where you are located within Australia.

We offer international shipping worldwide via Australia Post with standard tracking for a flat fee of $20AUD, or express shipping with tracking is available to select countries for $25AUD. We can not guarantee nor select the parcel courier once it has entered the destination country. Parcel delivery times can vary between 2-3 weeks depending on the destination country.

If you would like to purchase an item but have it shipped later, or want to combine it with future orders to save on shipping, you can now select 'Hold to ship later' at the checkout.
Import Duties & Taxes
Please note that all customs fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer, and not the responsibility of Tatum Gems. If any fees or charges are incurred upon the arrival of the parcel into the destination country your local shipping carrier will contact you for any payment that might be due. These charges may vary depending on your destination country and the value of the parcel. For more information regarding these potential fees and taxes visit your countries’ customs website.
If you are dissatisfied with a gem purchase from Tatum Gems, a refund or exchange may be performed within 14 days of receiving the gemstone. A refund will only be processed once the gem has been received back by Tatum Gems and inspected to be in its original condition of purchase. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Please get in touch with us first before sending a gemstone back for refund or exchange so that we can work with you to best resolve the issue.
Please note that we do not accept returns on gemstones that have been custom cut to order.
